When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you enter:

• Contact form: your name, organization, email, phone (optional), industry, budget range, the services you’re interested in, and your message.
• Project intake: your organization and contact details, role, website, and location, plus your answers about goals, challenges, timeline, budget, and decision-making.
• Client exit survey: your feedback about a completed engagement.

We use what you send us to reply to your inquiry, decide whether we’re a good fit, plan and deliver projects, and improve how we work.

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site: which pages are viewed, how long visits last, the device and browser used, the referring site, and approximate location. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this. We also record that a form was submitted, never what it said.

We share information only with the service providers that help us run this site and our business, such as website hosting, email delivery, and Google Analytics, or when the law requires it. We don’t sell personal information.

We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to respond to you, work together, and maintain our business records.

This site is for businesses and organizations. It isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
